Prohibited uses include but are not limited to: reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code; using the app for commercial purposes without authorization; interfering with app security features; or distributing malicious code.
YYWrite application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the individual developer and its licensors. The application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain complete ownership of all writing content created using YYWrite. We do not access, use, or share your writing content unless required by law or explicitly authorized by you. Your creative content belongs entirely to you.
Certain features may require paid subscriptions. Subscription fees are processed through Apple App Store and charged in advance. No refunds except where applicable law requires. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Subscription-related disputes are resolved through Apple App Store.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
In no event shall the individual developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the individual developer and its affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts arising from your use of the application or violation of these terms.
YYWrite is a writing tool designed to help improve your writing efficiency. Prolonged use of electronic devices may affect vision and posture, so we recommend taking regular breaks.
Recommendation: When writing for extended periods, please practice good eye hygiene and take regular breaks. Maintain proper posture to avoid neck and back discomfort. The developer is not responsible for health issues arising from prolonged device use.
The application is provided "as is" and "as available". The individual developer makes no express or implied representations or warranties regarding the operation of the application or information, content, materials, or products contained in the application. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the individual developer disclaims all express and implied warranties.
If the individual developer fails to fulfill obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions, the individual developer is not responsible.
The individual developer is not responsible for any loss of data, settings, or user-generated content. Users are encouraged to regularly backup important data. We recommend using device backup features and cloud storage services for data protection.
The application may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, websites, or content. The individual developer does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for any third-party content or services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. Apple App Store services are subject to Apple Inc.'s terms and conditions.
We may update the app from time to time to improve functionality, security, or compliance. You agree to accept such updates, which may be installed automatically depending on your device settings.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately.
These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Conflict of law provisions are not considered.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the app after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
